No, Zocari is a platform only. Each vendor operates independently and is responsible for their own products, services, and policies.

Zocari is a hands-off platform, which means each store sets its own policies for:

Please review the store’s policy before making a purchase. If a store does not display a clear and fair policy, we encourage you to reach out to them directly.
Simply browse a vendor’s store, add items to your cart, and complete checkout using our secure payment system.
Yes! Some vendors offer booking services like appointments, rentals, or classes directly through their Zocari store.
Please contact the vendor directly using the contact details on their store page. Each vendor is responsible for handling their own customer service.
If you have a concern or bad experience with a vendor, we recommend:
1. Reaching out to the store directly to resolve the issue.
2. If the issue remains unresolved and you have evidence of malpractice, you may report the store to Zocari.
Zocari will only step in if there are multiple complaints backed by evidence.
Vendors pay a flat fee of $25 XCD per month to run their store on Zocari.
No commissions are taken from your sales — what you earn is 100% yours.
No, a business license is not required to sell on Zocari.
However, if you upload a valid registered business certificate, you’ll receive a Verified Business Badge on your store — helping build customer trust.
Uploading your valid ID is enough to get started as a vendor.

Once your application is submitted, your account will be verified within 24–48 hours.

You can list physical products, digital goods (if applicable), or services that require booking—provided they comply with our platform policies.
Vendors are fully responsible for shipping, handling returns, and issuing refunds. Payments are processed through our integrated third-party gateway (e.g., Tilopay).

Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Zocari does not store your card or banking information.
